Trent House

Trent House

A photograph of Trent House in Trent Park
The house on the estate was built in the late 1700s and designed by the same architect responsible for Somerset House. The house and outbuildings, including the public pool, are now abandoned but it’s still nice to look at. All the buildings are Grade II listed. The building was a country until WW2, when it became an interrogation camp and then a Prisoner of War camp. After the war it became an educational establishment. Middlesex University closed the campus down in 2012.
